Every guide should be explainable and reviewable.
Last updated: August 11, 2026. AIOOS publishes practical website, server and deployment guides. This policy describes the minimum standard behind those pages.
Topic selection
We prioritize recurring problems with a clear reader outcome: making a website, putting it online, operating a server or diagnosing a production failure. A topic is not accepted merely because it is trending or easy to generate.
Sources and verification
Version-dependent requirements, prices, configuration details, policies and security-sensitive steps should be checked against current first-party documentation. Sources are recorded with a title, URL, publisher and access date. First-hand tests are labelled as observations from a stated environment, not universal guarantees.
Writing and review
- Explain assumptions, tradeoffs and unsuitable scenarios before critical commands.
- Include expected results and a way to verify each irreversible or high-risk step.
- Distinguish sourced facts, measured observations, editorial judgment and estimates.
- Review Chinese and English editions independently; an incomplete translation remains unpublished.
Automation and human responsibility
Automation may help organize research, create a draft structure or identify pages due for review. It does not replace source checks, technical judgment or final editorial approval. Drafts that lack readable sources are blocked from automatic publication.
Updates and corrections
Published guides have review dates and may be returned to review when their facts become time-sensitive. Material corrections should update the canonical page rather than create a duplicate. Old slugs redirect to the current address. To report a problem, use Contact & Corrections and include the page URL and relevant environment details.
Commercial independence
Affiliate availability does not determine whether a technical conclusion is favorable. Commercial relationships are disclosed at the point of action and governed by the separate Affiliate Disclosure.
