The home page is not a company profile: how do you sort the first screen, trust information and access paths?

The first page will answer who the website serves, what can be solved, where to start, and then arrange a trust information and content portal; it will not be made of large slogans, rotations and the surface abundance of row cards.

The first task on the front page is to get people to decide quickly, "Is this what I'm looking for?"

The first visitor does not read company history first. He usually identifies three things in a few seconds: what this is, whether it suits me or not, and where to go next. If the first page is simply " Connect to the Future, Create Unlimited Chances," the visual size does not provide a basis for judgment. I prefer to use the front page as an editorial page rather than an advertising page: it explains the site boundaries, recommends a small number of reliable entrances and shows how content can be kept up to date. The company's presentation can exist, but it cannot occupy the most expensive first screen position.

The first screen only addresses one judgment and one movement.

The first screen title uses a specific sentence to clarify the value, such as “From buying the server to searching for the Chinese construction site in which it is taken”. The subheading adds to the object and content features. The main button points to the most important starting path, the secondary link points to all articles; and the four or five peer buttons in the same area give the pressure of selection to the reader. Titles do not have to have two rows of large words for visual shocks. Desktop ends also have to set a reasonable width and a word number for long Chinese titles and move end check 320 px and 390 px . The background picture does not reduce the contrast of text. Button text describes the result, for example, " Start with the first entry " , not just " Know more " .

The second screen provides a path, not a repeat point.

Three to five paths are recommended for real tasks, such as “first site”, “scaling post-line”, “server failure check.” Each path describes who is fit, contains a few steps, and what is expected to be done. This is more directional than equating the last ten articles into cards. The card is a container, not an information structure. If each piece has an icon, a label, a description, two buttons and a shadow, the front page will be a very exciting but difficult to read.

Trust information must be verifiable.

More effective trust information includes: articles are recently updated, author or editor principles, system versions of command tests, official information quoted, whether to include promotional links, and how to find errors. They are not necessarily grouped into a module, which can be displayed on the front page with an editorial portal and specific evidence on the article page. When there is a cooperative promotion, it is stated that a link may bring commissions, while ensuring that the curriculum conclusions are not premised on purchasing. The clearer the disclosure, the less easy it is to make a normal recommendation look like a hidden ad.

The first page should contain stable and changing areas

The areas of stability include site location, entry of columns and newer paths; the areas of change include recently updated, improved topics and important announcements. Combining the two will result in a reordering of the whole page for each submission. It is recommended that the areas of stabilization be changed less in six months and that the change areas be automatically updated by content data, but do not allow the word “up-to-date” to replace the word “most useful”. For new stations, the selection is usually better than by time of release.

A simplified frame from top to bottom

  1. Top navigation: two core columns and necessary entrances.
  2. First screen: Specific location, people to use, one major action.
  3. Recommended path: Three to five entry points to the mission.
  4. Edit commitments: how to test, update, quote and disclose outreach.
  5. Select and most recent update: Quantities controlled and uninfinite stacked.
  6. Footer: Contact, privacy, site map and necessary description.

Close the picture and CSS Read the order of the document once. If the naked text remains in place from location to path to evidence, the structure is basically healthy; if the content leaves the visual decoration, it loses meaning, which means that the page is still supported by packaging.

Don't just ask if it's okay.

Find three individuals to perform their tasks separately: name who the site serves, find the first lesson, and find the wrong feedback portal. Record the location of their first click and if you hesitate, do not give a hint. Then check the keyboard focus, contrast, title level, and mobile end touch area. When the home page is determined, the next entry will extend the same readability to the real search traffic. Article Contents Page Template. The header comes in, and the content page decides if he wants to read it and continue.
